Dealing with too much work besides those from your workplace will certainly contribute to the amount of stress you are experiencing every day.
As for my case, the root of the problem is whether the amount of work I am doing right now to revamped my website or blog is worth the effort.
With the amount of workload and long period of hours increased because of the sudden closure of the Autoresponder Service Provider I utilized 3 weeks ago, there was a need to find a long-term stress relief plan so that it will enable me to cope and manage it.
These sudden extra load did impact my health greatly because lately I felt more tired than before. Feeling fatigue can have a long-term effect to my health.
